Worked in an international non-governmental organization. Organised and conducted teacher training for secondary and primary school teachers in several counties and townships in cooperation with the various prefectures’ Education Bureau on topics such as Creative Teaching, Classroom Management, Communication, and English. Pioneered several community projects, such as a mobile library projects, primary and secondary school scholarship initiatives. Planned and executed several relief initiatives such as food distribution during droughts. Involved in HR Recruitment for staffing as well as mentoring and developing staff training materials

Consulted for Highpoint Community Services and Life Community Services, Singapore, on their tsunami relief project in Aceh. Inclusive of UV water filter project implementation, and rural micro-enterprise assistance programmes in 2005, 2006.
