On June 26 to July 13th, Associate Prof Roland Cheo and Assist. Prof Li Jingping visited University of British Columbia and attended talks as well as met with Simon Fraser University Emeritus Professor Jack Knetsch (who worked closely with Nobel Prize Laureate Daniel Kahneman) to talk about future work. Associate Prof Roland Cheo is working on a new paper on How Adam Smith was affected by the Reformation in his development of the Wealth of Nations. Assist Prof. Li Jingping is doing new work on how fairness affects other regarding preferences.
