陈景耀，男，甘肃籍，现任中华人民共和国财政部金融司金融三处处长，山东大学经济研究中心兼职教师。1986年毕业于清华大学工程物理系，获工学学士学位。1992年和 1995年在中国人民大学分别获得经济学硕士和博士学位。先后在《经济科学》和《财政研究》等杂志上发表论文五十余篇。
